*Safety Reports from the last 3 years being acquired from Lee Jackson
*Air Duct Cleaning at the Main Office--estimates more than expected, the Postmaster is requesting more funding from the District
*Route 20 Inspection expected next month. Let a Steward know if you want a special inspection
*New Swing Creation was discussed and the possibility of changing old swings

New Business:

*Requests for extra Scanners at the Main Office
*VOMA’s and Custodians on the workroom floor talking with the carriers
*The VOMA Position not to be posted until Jim Bielek passes the clerk scheme
*Sick Leave and Annual Leave being approved in advance
